Eunice Levis

Writer/ Director

Writer and director, Eunice Levis is a first-generation Dominican American from the Bronx, New York.

Eunice's work focuses on genre bending stories that combine her love of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy often through a diasporic lens. She is currently a Starz #takethelead writer’s intensive participant and an Alliance of Women Directors #MLD mentee. Previously a two-time Sundance Lab Second Rounder, a Stowe Story Lab Fellow, and a Netflix/NALIP Women of Color Short Film Incubator fellow. Eunice’s Caribbean folklore horror micro short FELL ENDS was an extraordinary selection at NYX’s 13 minutes of horror film festival and streamed on Shudder.

Her last two short films each had incredible festival runs. INVADE, a dark environmental sci-fi premiered in five countries and screened in over 20 festivals domestically, including; Harlem International Film Festival, Micheaux Film Festival and Essence Film Festival.


RO & THE STARDUST, a space fantasy short has also screened internationally and in top domestic festivals including UrbanWorld, ABFF and Pan African Film Festival. The film won Best Narrative Short at the 25th Annual Reel Sisters of the Diaspora Film Festival, making it a 2024 Oscar® qualified Narrative Short Film.

Ro & the Stardust is currently streaming on Netflix.

In addition to writing and directing, Eunice is a film adjunct professor and cohosts Café Negro con Genre, a podcast that promotes creatives working in the genre space. Eunice holds an MA from NYU.

Jenna Cavelle

Producer

Jenna Cavelle is an accomplished entertainment executive and producer with over a decade of domestic and international experience in setting up content studios and overseeing productions. She has managed over $50M of content at various stages of development, production, and distribution for streamers, networks, and independent production companies.

Currently, Cavelle serves as a creative producer on a slate of feature-length Hulu Originals while also acting as the head of production and business operations, managing the development and execution of various projects. Previously, she worked as a VP of Production and Operations for 20th Digital at Walt Disney Television, overseeing an episodic and feature film slate of Hulu Originals, and as the Head of Development and Production for NBA All-star Baron Davis' content studio, No Label. Cavelle's diverse portfolio encompasses multiple genres, including horror, science fiction, drama, comedy, and thriller. Projects under her leadership have premiered at top film festivals such as Canneseries, Sitges, Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW, and have secured prime positions on premium streaming platforms.

Cavelle has set up television projects at Paramount, Warner, and FX, and her feature films can be found streaming on platforms like Disney+, Hulu, Amazon, and BET+. Skilled in aligning operations with strategy, managing high volumes of premium content across multiple locations, building diverse talent pipelines, demonstrating cross-functional leadership, and navigating complex deal negotiations, Cavelle is resourceful, growth-minded, and results-driven, with exceptional creative taste and an extensive industry network.

With a diverse background as a published journalist, university lecturer, and experienced speaker on various disciplines such as environmental activism, social change media, community outreach, allyship, and film production, finance, and distribution, Cavelle brings a unique perspective to her work. She holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management, and an MFA in Film & Television Production from USC's School of Cinematic Arts, where she also serves on the board of USC's Media Institute for Social Change. Cavelle graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Environmental Science, Policy, & Management from the University of California, Berkeley.

Juleyka Lantigua

Executive Producer

Juleyka Lantigua is the Founder and CEO of LWC Studios, an award-winning digital media studio whose original work reaches rising audiences with programming that has a social-justice vein. LWC Studios received a Peabody Award nomination, and won “The Director’s Prize” at Third Coast, also known as “The  Oscars of Audio.” As a filmmaker, she has executive produced three short films, August Sun/Sol de Agosto, about how impossible it is to ever really return home, which was nominated for a Student Oscar and Student BAFTA, and was an official selection a dozens of festivals around the globe; The Longest Race, a documentary shot during the Covid pandemic that followed two ultrarunners as they clung on to some semblance of normalcy. She is currently working on two independent feature documentaries. A Fulbright Scholar, Juleyka holds a Master’s in Journalism and an MFA in Creative Writing. LinkedIn.

Clarisse Albrecht

Executive Producer

Born to a French father and a Cameroonian mother, Clarisse’s upbringing spanned across diverse countries, such as France, Guinea Bissau, and Mozambique. Her multicultural background deeply influences her vision and creative work.

After earning a diploma in Letters and Languages, Clarisse studied Cinema at La Sorbonne-Nouvelle in Paris. Fluent in four languages—French, Spanish, English, and Portuguese—her linguistic abilities and cross-cultural insight contribute to her multifaceted approach to storytelling and artistic expression.

 Clarisse has explored various industries; from modeling to audiovisual production, and a career as a singer-songwriter.

Currently based in the Dominican Republic, she is a co-founder alongside Ivan Herrera and Fernando Rivas, of Too Caribbean, a production services company, and Point Barre, with Ivan Herrera, a film production company dedicated to bringing their joint feature film projects to life.
Their first project, Bantú Mama, directed by Ivan Herrera, which they co-wrote and co-produced earn multiple accolades including the NAACP Image Awards 2023 as Outstanding International Motion Picture.

Andre “DJ Dummy” Smith


Music Composer

Andre "DJ Dummy" Smith is a multi-hyphenate entertainment industry vet with experience that spans across the last three decades. His genius and star-power as a Battle, Club, and renowned Concert DJ paved the way to a successful career as a Musical Director, Producer, and TV/Film Composer to his resume. Andre has worked with six-time Emmy award winning composer Laura Karpman on popular hit TV series like Ms. Marvel and forthcoming Captain Marvel (Disney +) and Jeff Russo on Powerbook II (Starz). He was also responsible for music on a list of other films with legends such as Meryl Streep, Ben Stiller, Common, and Bryan Cranston. Stay tuned, this is only the beginning.
